Should I Start Singing "Take Me Out To The Ballgame"

This being the 7th week results, I thought we could all use a little break. Toby and I both got 11 points. I thought that was pretty good, but good ol' Dave is right there with us making 11 points as well. There's no ground to be gained with Dave. At least Dad gained 17 points winning 3 of his games. He's the big winner for the week. Suck it Dave & Stephanie. (I kid with love)

Nos-dur-damis is successful again in week 6

I don't know how Dave knew that the Broncos and the Buccaneers were going to be so successful, but next year I might peek off his pick sheet when we are choosing teams. 3 of his 4 teams won again this week extending his lead to 12 over the nearest leader (Stephanie). His total points stand at 81. Stephanie had 2 teams win (who dey) giving her 9 points this week and making her total 69. In third place is Toby with 2 wins, 13 points, and 62 total points. I'm in fourth place with 1 win, 5 points, and 56 total points. Dan is in fifth place with 1 win, 6 points, making his total 50 points. Dad and Scott are tied for sixth place, each with a total of 49 points. Scott had another good week winning the only two games he had. (the other two were byes) He received 13 points from those wins. Dad's Chiefs beat his Redskins so he got 7 points off that game. Trailing the group again is Brian, who actually didn't do so bad either this week. He had 2 wins and 9 points bringing his total up to 43.

Keep up the good work diverting those points away from Dave (and hopefully sending them all my way in the process) - although I think without a couple of injuries Dave's got this one in the bag. I guess we'll see.

Week Five Results Are In!!! (doesn't Chad look sad?)

Dave is still the winner this week although I amazingly had all four of my teams win. Just because it was his birthday Saturday, he thinks he is unstoppable. (I am mentally putting hexes on all of his teams right now.) Anyway Dave had 2 wins with a total of 9 points making his grand total 69 points. Stephanie is still holding strong with 2 wins of her own. (although I didn't think the Steelers were going to pull that one off last night) She has 60 total points. As astounding as it sounds after having a goose egg last week, I am in 3rd place winning 4 games and now my point total is 51. Toby's score is 49. He had 2 wins giving him 7 points. Dan is in 5th place with 1 win making his total 44 points. Dad had 1 win giving him a total of 42 points. Scott is in 7th place with 36 points having had 3 wins and getting 15 points. Last but not least is Brian with 0 wins and points this week keeping his total at 34.

I know we are all saddened by the loss of our beloved Bengals on Sunday night. Let's just hope they lose only 1 more time and then start winning again. (they are playing my Titans next week) Also remember to divert points away from Dave!!!

Brian Saves The Day!!!

Some changes need to be made to my previous post. For some unknown reason, I was convinced that the Rams beat the Giants on Sunday. Brian made me aware of my error so now I need to give you the correct numbers. Dave - 60. Stephanie - 49. Toby - 42. Dad - 38. Dan - 37. Brian - 34. Ann - 31. Scott - 21. Sorry to give you false hopes Dan.

I wont let it happen again, I promise.

Dave not only remains on top, but widens lead!

Winning all four of his games, Dave increased his lead with 18 points this week making his total points 60! (Hint to everyone else-get Dave) In second place is Stephanie, who did considerably well this week with 2 wins (her other two teams had bye weeks). Her total for this week is 10 points and her cumulative total is 49. Third place goes to Toby. He had 2 wins, 11 points, and a final total of 42 points. Fourth place surprisingly goes to Dan. The Packers should have won that stinkin' game. Regardless of how I feel on that matter, Dan had 2 wins and 9 points for the week making his total 41. Fifth place goes to Dad with 2 wins this week and 12 points. His final score is 38. Sixth place is me - I had 0 wins, 0 points and my total remains at 31. Seventh place goes to Brian (who forgot to send me his picks by the way) who had 2 wins, 12 points, and 30 total points. Bringing up the back we have Scott, who like me had 0 points this week. His total remains at 21. So, there you have it. Feel free to vent with trash talk in the comment section. Don't forget your picks for next week!
